Sometimes you have to make a house like Columbia Avenue, and lay aside all the colored cabinets and wallpaper and live edge in an effort to find what the human heart really wants in a home – a safe and simple space. That’s what we did with this little house on Columbia Avenue. Our team knocked out this home faster than they ever have before. What started as the bird cage filled, abandoned home of an animal lover, became one of our favorite spaces ever.
