This is the time to set your home-buying budget, figure out what it is you are looking for and decide on your future home priorities. At this point in the process we have already had a meeting or two and suggest that you get pre-approved for a loan – which is just fancy for figuring out “how much house can I buy.”
Once we know what it is you are looking for and how much you want to spend, it is time to start looking. We set up automatic searches and also do manual searching with our team. And of course walk through any worth checking out!
Once you find the home of your dreams we help you negotiate the offer and write contingencies and terms so that your interests are protected and the home buying process can be safe and fun.
We guide the process to the settlement table once the seller accepts your offer and the home goes under contract. We hand over the keys and it’s officially yours!
