We are totally in love with the area that we get to work and live in here in the southeastern corner of our state where we serve both Chester and Lancaster, PA.
One of our specialties in this area is our realtor services to “out of town” buyers. Many of our clients have specifically chosen to move to Lancaster City, PA (dubbed the Little Brooklyn) to experience the city’s perfect mixture of trendy style and rural community all woven together.
Other clients have chosen to look in the rural areas of Lancaster or Chester County due to their beautiful landscapes.
We stumbled across this niche to serve “out of town” buyers when we had some clients from New York contact us about some of the homes we had designed and were selling. They really liked that we were knowledgeable of the area, had a ton of contacts with local businesses, and as Realtors and Designers understood what a New Yorker wanted in a home.
Eventually our repertoire of “out of town” buyers expanded to include many clients from other states and countries (some of whom have purchased their homes without ever seeing the home in person before the sale).
No matter what unique circumstances we need to navigate in order find our clients a home, a common denominator for all of our “out of town” clients moving to Chester or Lancaster, PA is that after working with us, they had the confidence to make a home purchase even though they knew virtually no one in the area.

He’s the Chris and I’m the Claude of this exciting company that we launched four years ago. Chris loves weird REI sandles and hiking for miles without water and I prefer loud coffee shops with overpriced vanilla lattes.
So we obviously disagree on some things- including avocados. But one things we agree on is how much we love homes. Chris has his real estate license, I have a few design ideas up my sleeves, and together with the rest of our team we’re passionate about helping you love the home you live in.
